In this context, and in light of the needs expressed by industry as well as the long-standing educational experience of the programme, the Bachelor\u2019s Degree Programme in Aerospace Engineering aims to train graduates with a solid foundation in the core scientific disciplines\u2014mathematics, physics, and chemistry\u2014as well as in the aerospace subjects that enable them to carry out design and verification activities on system components, work in the aeronautical services sector, or successfully continue their studies in a Master\u2019s Degree Programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Bachelor\u2019s Degree Programme in Aerospace Engineering offers a single curriculum, the Methodological Curriculum, which consists of course modules and a final examination. The modules are organised to provide solid knowledge of the methodological and operational aspects of the basic sciences\u2014mathematics, chemistry, and physics\u2014together with the core disciplines of industrial engineering and related fields, and an in-depth understanding of the subjects specific to aerospace engineering. The final examination, which carries 3 ECTS credits, consists of an in-depth study of a topic from one of the course modules.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In line with its methodological approach, and with the Dublin Descriptors, the Bachelor\u2019s Degree Programme in Aerospace Engineering aims to provide graduates with the following knowledge and skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">an adequate knowledge and command of the mathematical tools required to effectively represent and solve engineering problems, both analytically and numerically;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">an adequate knowledge of general physical principles, and of those underlying the engineering sciences, and, more specifically, of the physical phenomena related to aircraft and their operation;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ability to write and interpret technical documents related to engineering components, systems, and processes, with particular reference to the most common applications in the aerospace industry;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ability to address technical issues related to those specifically covered;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adequate knowledge of the English language with particular reference to engineering and aerospace technical terminology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il settore aerospaziale costituisce certamente uno dei campi a livello tecnologico pi\u00f9 avanzato, per il quale \u00e8 necessaria una\u00a0specifica figura professionale, capace fra l&#8217;altro di adattarsi e modificarsi in conseguenza al continuo e rapido evolversi delle\u00a0conoscenze.
